How do I take off the side markers? (S badge on the fender)

Also, my driver-side bumper blinker has died. How do I replace such? (The side marker on the bumper)

 

Just pull on the back of them and they pop right out. To replace the turn signals in the bumper you need to remove the bumper.

i currently have an '01 mustang gt and am looking into an '03 mini s because i just dont trust my ford even though it runs well. Dont know much about minis but i have always liked them.

Are they reliable even with aftermarket mods such as 15% reduction, intercooler, headers and exhaust?
What are some (if any) common malfunctions or problems that may occur with the mini s?
