Rear hatch opens on its own. Need advice

Default Rear hatch opens on its own. Need advice
When I shut my car off the rear hatch opens automatically. Sometimes it opens while I'm driving or just pull the key out of the ignition. Would anyone know why this is happening ?

you don't state year ect ...
Do you have the hatch release on the key ?
Might be the key switch is touchy
I've not heard it opening while driving though

08, 2 door hard top,s model. Rear hatch automatically unlocks or opens when the key is removed from the ignition or i open the door to get out. Doesnt do the samething every time.
