Default Thanks for the offer mini tech, I need help

Power steering suddenly stopped. I have a 2002 Mini (non S model). Could it be a fuse? Fluid? No sign of leaks or damage. Any other suggestions. I am lost girl without money or an owners manual
Thanks again,
Alison

There is a fuse , unfortunately if the fuse is blown there is likely an electrical trouble that is more serious , the pins on the plugs corrode and can short out .. if it's not that the pump may need a rebuild

ok, so is the fuse located in the fuse box? i do not have a manual, so not sure where or which fuse(s) to check. this did occur shortly after a car wash, so your advise seems on track. thanks so much!!
