I think you are talking about JWS 3309 . If that is the fluid you are looking for here are your options.
Make sure that's the correct oil for your MINI , there is a sticker on the transmission that tells you the part number or type. This oil below is for 2005 MINI Cooper S Auto transmission and matching JWS 3309.

Thank you for your response. Although your information is helpful, I have decided to 'bite the bullet' and take my MINI to the dealer for a trans fluid and filter change. They charge $250.00 but after reading the procedure for doing it myself I think this would be the best choice.
