Default What is this part called?

So, I am trying to find out what is it called and where to get it from?
2006 cooper s, the front left trim piece is missing, I is NOT the arch long plastic piece that goes on top of the wheel or fender, but the next piece that connects from this arch to the front bumper, it is shorter. any ideas?

No. It is the piece in front of the # 10, which is faded and not numbered in the picture. It curves down towards the bumper

Jorge, regarding part No. 1 on your exploded diagram, my wheel arch cover is loose due to a couple of broken plastic mounting clips (maybe part nos. 10, 11 or 12). I have new clips and would like to know if replacing them is really as straightforward as it looks. I am a novice at this sort of thing.

It looks pretty easy, just a matter of loosening the wheel well liner and unclipping/removing the existing cover.
