My wife and I tried out our first Mini last week. We are definately going to make a purchase in the very near future (like within a month) but we have a concern about the durability of the interior. Leatherette sounds like Pleather to us . . . we have 2 Westies, and they ride in the car with us a LOT. Can anyone tell me first-hand what to expect as far as wear and possible damage? Out 1996 SAAB has leather seats and the dogs have had no impact on that at all. Thanks for helping a potential new Mini owner.

 

I got a '14 hardtop and a 85# female rottie , ain't gonna happen!! Well not for several thousand more miles.
