Im looking in getting a cooper s sometime this month. I noticed some models have ***** for the hvac controls



But i was wondering, if i bought a cooper s with the *****, if there is a way to switch them out to these

 

Forgive my lack of HVAC but you mean the climate control vs air con. If so then unfortunately no. You can get the climate control panels off of ebay but unfortuately they will not work
