Hi guys I’m new to the MINI family. I bought a cooper S R53 2006 in pretty good shape overall but I found some problems with my cluster illumination. I started disassembling the dash and found some burnt cables (those gray/red that go to the pin 14 on the big cluster). I repaired the cables but still no lights so I decided to disassemble the cluster and surprisingly I found that it has been repaired and a burnt transistor. I’m assuming this has to be the one that controls the lights?? I’m going blind here as I couldn’t find any schematics .
The burnt transistor is the TR11
If anyone could help me with the schematics or knows what type of transistor it is so I can replace it…it would be very much appreciated.
