mcs r53 all lights fluctuating

Default mcs r53 all lights fluctuating
Do any body have this kind of problem with all the lights are fluctuating (flickering ) please help
after 3 alternator replace , power steering pump replaced and same problem thanks for the help

Could be your relays or just faulty wiring.
