Hi Folk's …… newbie here looking from some advice if possible.

The original spotlights on my daughters 2012 R56 Cooper hatch have fogged over and need replacing. I took one off yesterday, but looks like some moisture has got in there and doesn't appear any way to remove the reflector to clean, so looks like a replacement job! that being the case I'm looking for some advice on what to buy ….. there are so many dodgy looking lamps out there I'm not sure of which set to go for and I'm struggling to see any with the same factory bracket that would allow me to do an easy swap out. has anyone replaced with LED variants with the running lights?

Any advice welcomed.
