spilled alcohol on mini front seat

Default spilled alcohol on mini front seat
Does anyone have any suggestions for how to clean the cover and cushion of a 2009 mini clubman which had about a fifth of wild turkey spilled into it? I soaked up all that I could. Is this something I should take in to get done? I've heard you can take the seat cover off and take the cushion out. Thanks

I'd take it to a pro detailer , the smell will likely stay otherwise
