Whether you’re carving corners or cruising the highway, this system transforms your MINI’s character while maintaining real-world usability.



From the first drive, the system delivers a distinctly refined but sporty soundtrack. In non-sport mode, it produces a deep, bass-heavy tone that’s civil around town. Switch into sport mode, and the sound comes alive with pops and burbles that add excitement without overwhelming the cabin. Highway drone is kept to a minimum.


Developed In-House using FARO ARM laser scanning and SolidWorks 3D CAD to ensure precision fitment and unmatched consistency. 2.5" T304 Stainless Steel Tubing: CNC mandrel bent with a brushed finish and 1.25mm wall thickness for strength, longevity, and flow. Straight-Through "Turbo Style" Muffler: In-house engineered with a perforated core and stainless steel wool packing for aggressive sound under throttle, while maintaining refined tones at cruise. Adjustable Exhaust Tips: Offers 10mm of vertical adjustment for perfect rear valance alignment. Tig-Welded & Back-Purged: Each system is meticulously assembled for long-term durability and a clean, art-like finish.
