Looking for some help or advise. I just did the valve seals on my 2009 mini cooper s. Everything went good until I went to put the timing chain back on. I can't get the exhaust sprocket back on. Seems like the chain is not long enough? They came off easy and I never even took the sprockets off the chain at all while doing the job. Cams are locked, crank is locked so nothing moved. Had a rag in underneath them and just am at a loss as to why I can't get them back on. Any help would be greatly appreciated
