Help ... Rear wiper motor is not responding to either spraying fluid or wiping the window.

I've verified any/all fuses listed as windshield wiper = GOOD.

I've swapped the Front and Rear wiper relay's, and my Front wipers still work fine, so I've ruled out the Relays.

I'm ready to isolate the rear wiper motor to bench test it ...

PROBLEM:
I have zero experience removing tailgate door panels, but I do have the plastic pry tools for this job. I've watched most videos on removing the door panel to gain access to many Mini Cooper models, however, they all had visible screws. The 2014 Mini Paceman ALL4 does not have the visible screws as depicted in the videos I've watched.

Can someone ... Anyone, please guide me to properly remove the rear tailgate trim so I can expose the rear wiper motor.

(I tried locating a repair manual for my wife's All4, but have been unsuccessful)

Any guidance is greatly appreciated ...
