Best Skid plate
Just bought my first mini
2011 R56 clubman base hatchback. No turbo but still Unbelievably fun to drive.
Was previously owned by an older gentleman who recently passed. Car has been garaged
For a year . Almost new with only 7k miles however I am looking for some advice on what may need to be serviced. Last oil Change was at 6k miles but was over three years ago. Also service light is on for oil and for brake fluid. Do o need to service these items asap?
I am also looking for a skid plate
The previous edit owner must have driven up on a parking curb because part of the lower front plastic undercarriage cover is missing

The service light is a timer, so if they haven't been replaced, it may be time. Be sure to reset these once servicing what is needed to be serviced. The Clubman is an R55, R56 is the Cooper Hatchback. The Rennline aluminum skid plate HERE is a great option to go with. Very well made and should provide great production. Please let me know if you have any questions.
