I just got my Mini about a week ago. It's a 2013 Mini Cooper S and I'm a bit confused about the color.



It's registered as BROWN, but in various lighting, it sometimes looks a little PURPLE, then GREY, and even BLACK.

I'm not complaining or anything, but I was just wondering if there's anyone else out there who has this same color(s). And if anyone knows the name of the color, please let me know! My curiosity is killing me!

I've looked at the MiniUSA website and the only brown color they had was called "Iced Chocolate", which seemed a little lighter than my color. Do they only offer specific colors each year?

 

Its Iced Chocolate Metallic, Launched on the MINI highgate edition.

Saw it on the MINI corporate car when launched the then VP of MINI was driving it. Great color that sparkles in the light.


They still have it in the Gen 3 MINI
