i have mini 2013
50,000 miles
time to buy extended warranty
$3500
will cover another 50,000 miles or 3 year from now
do i need it?

 

I just purchased my second mini. A 2012 Clubman s. On my last mini I had the extended warrentee and it paid for itself with maintenance stuff. four wheel disk break replacement. lower turbo tube replacement. plus a few electronic sensors.
I bought it also because I am a couple hours from the dealership. They pick up my car at my work and return it done.
Also-my biggest concern is i am banging through the gears going on the highway and something dies. With the warrantee they bring me a fixed car.
