I have owned several vehicles that were stick and have driven stick most of my life. After the last couple of years of driving automatics I was a little nervous the first time I approached a hill and had to stop at the top. You know that "oh don't let it roll back and hit that car" kind of thought. SURPRISE!!!! The mini has this very cool feature that will "hold the brake" for a moment to allow you to take your foot off the brake and depress the gas pedal for a smooth take off.....NO ROLL BACK! Very cool idea! (It only holds for maybe 2 seconds so don't delay that take off for long).
