Default Greetings from AZ!

Greets all! I brought my Mini home a few months ago, but just found your little corner of interwebs yesterday.

I have an '08 Clubman S. I'm here for knowledge, meeting new peeps, and of course for the cars. The mini is my daily, so it hasn't received any aftermarket attention but I'm sure you can all relate to "I'm just going to leave it stock" very quickly becomes "I'll just do intake and exhaust" and then suddenly, the sickness spreads and you're waiting on the UPS truck like a kid chasing the ice cream man

My project car is a 1993 Nissan 300zx TT. I'm mostly acquainted with Japanese cars, so the Mini has been a bit of a learning curve and I'm excited to take notes from you all here!

Welcome to MINI Cooper Forums! Congratulations on the purchase. Is this your first MINI? The best bang for your buck mod that you can do right away is a rear sway bar. It will really dial in your suspension nicely. If you do plan to work on it yourself I'd highly recommend a Bentley Manual: 2008 Mini Cooper S Clubman Wagon - Books & Technical Documentation - Page 1. It will be extremely helpful. We also have tech articles on our site for free that are centered around the R56 (MINI Cooper/S), but since the Clubman shares similar items to the R56 some of the articles may be helpful. Let me know if you need anything!
