Hello All
Well finally did it got myself a mini cooper tthis all came about when we bought the kid his graduation present a month ago we got him a 2003 mini cooper base, i loved the look and how it drove i found myself a good deal on a 2009 mcs and had to buy it love the car its not in perfect shape but runs great im so stoked...

Well looks like i wont be getting her after all, when i bought it it had the airbag light issue and i have not even had ownership of the car since 5/29/15 the finally took it into mini and replaced the Airbag computer and foudn out the passenger airbag is also faulty..this really sucks, the place i bought it from said they would fix the issue when i signed the paperwork and put it in writing they would and signed by them first payment is in 12 days,no car they called me saying i needed to help pay for the repairs i called bs on themthen they said they would unwind the deal if i didn't help so guess it will be gone ill just half to find another, i was told i could really screw them and fight it and they would half to make good on the fixing the parts but trying to figure if its worth it at this point worse thing is the loan is already on my credit and the dings from a new loan and inquires just wont goa way.. FML

You all where correct i did find a much better one for a grand more but its the color i want, a manual, and has all the bells and whistle, better financing..
here is my new ride oh and 4 brand new Pirelli tire's... Also other good things it has 27k less miles.. JCW black rims... BEST OF ALL No PROBLEMS! The bad i need to learn to drive a stick... I mean i understand how have done it in the past just never owned one, wife was nice and let me drive her jeep "A Stick" around before we pick it up tomorrow im sure ill get the hang of it..
