Hello all! I am Robert and I have a Mini problem. No, not a problem with my Mini, but a problem with wanting all the Minis! I bought my first Mini in June - a 2014 convertible S. It is an amazingly fun car, but when I bought it I really wanted the manual and, while I did find a single manual, the car was making an odd noise that I was not comfortable with. So I bought the automatic, threw a Roar Pedal on it, and have been loving the drop top in the warm weather of the California central valley.


So remember how I said I have a Mini problem? Well, turns out I really did want a manual, and I really like the way the Countryman drives, so I found a 2016 Countryman JCW with a 6-speed manual transmission that I am going to be picking up in a few days. I will be selling the convertible to my daughter who absolutely loves my car. Anyway, there will soon be two Minis in the driveway at my house. I hope this quenches my thirst for Minis because honestly a dude could go broke buying cars like this.


Anyhow, I am excited to find a community of Mini enthusiasts. I hope I am not too much for the group.
