Default help me decide what to buy

Hi

I looking to buy a used cooper cant decide I have 2 options
both are hatchback s manual
both msrp was around $31000 but option 2 add the Mini Next Protection program JCW Tuning kit JCW exhaust after purchase,
now option 1 is 1100 miles away and option 2 is local that's a saving of around $700-$800 and saving of headache
both have basically the same features option 2 a bit more

option 1

Mini Cooper s JCW Aero Kit Wheels DTC 3 Door Hard Top | eBay

2012 7000 mile asking $21000 KBB value $23120

17" alloy wheels
dynamic traction
leather punch carbon black
black headlight housing
dual pane panoramic sunroof
center armrest
heated front seats
foglights
xenon headlights
Harman-kardon sound
bluettoth usb adaptor

option 2

2011 Cooper S with JCW low miles and Mini Next Program

2011 18000 miles asking 21500 KBB value $20398

this car is local

Mini Next Protection program
JCW Tuning kit
JCW exhaust
Harman Kardon Sound
Cold Weather Pkg (what I really want)
premium Pkg
sport pkg
black headlight housing
17" alloy wheels web spoke
