Hello, I'm in the Puget Sound area of WA state, where I just got a used 2006 MINI black hardtop S in chili red. I've named her the Habanera, the feminized form of the name for the tiny, volcanically-hot chili pepper.

I'm already deeply attached to my little Habanera. I'm used to driving Japanese econoboxes so I'm adjusting to the pep of my "pepper," along with the jump in ownership cost.

I've got a couple of questions so I'll be browsing around some of the other forums.
