Hey guys, I'm new to the mini scene....

I went ahead and started replacing a bunch of parts and noticed one of the check engine lights was for the Ambient Air Temperature Sensor.

When I went to replace the sensor behind the lower Grill, Not only was there no sensor there but there was no wire or harness that I could see anywhere

I called the dealer and spoke to the parts department and no one could steer me in the right direction

Does anyone have any idea where the wires from the Ambient Air Temperature Sensor go? I literally cannot find anything online other than a picture of where it's mounted but no where does it mention the wires!

 

Someone please help me! Just go out and look behind the lower grill is a sensor mounted on the grill... follow the wires and take a picture of where it goes...thats all i need!

Dealer has no idea when i asked the parts guy on the phone
