Hi all,

I've been interested in getting a Mini for a while, and with the recent death of my current car it's coming more into view.

One thing I'm unclear on is the reliability of the Mini. I could go and ask people at the dealership, but something tells me I wont get an entirely truthful answer. I asked on an audio forum I talk on as well, but received little help amonst some criticism.

I'd just like some info about experiences actual Mini owners have had with service, maintenance, etc. I realize everyone on here probably loves their Mini if they have one, but I'd really like as unbiased an answer as possible.
