Hi guys, ive not long just bought myself my first car, after many weeks of window shopping and checking out numerous vehicles, i came across this 03 r50... instantly fell in love!

its got a couple of mechanical issues that i will be addressing over the coming months, like upgrading the stock 5 speed gearbox to a 6 speed getrag, along with new ecu and remap, along with brake pads, discs and sensors.

plan is to turn her into a fully fledged miniBEAST.

If anyones got any suggestions where i could add a bit more power, any suggestions for parts/work that could increase performance it would be much appreciated.

current mods already planned:
new 15” alloys, gonna keep it mini but gonna go for black powder coat.

window tints 50% all round

new headlights/rearlights with xenon bulbs

6 speed getrag conversion

bucket seats, undecided which ones yet


any ideas would be welcomed!!
also, is there any mini specific meets around the uk ?
