I have a chance to buy a 2004 Cooper S,leather,panoramic roof,manual, power everything. Price $5000. Here is the kicker 43,000 original miles. So should I buy it or pass?

5000 dollars a typo? If not, get it! that's about 10,000 less than retail value. You'd make a profit trading it in to Automax or carmax.

Why so low? Seems too good to be true, scam territory.
