I am a new member here to help my daughter choose her first car. She will be attending college and need s a semi-reliable car for very little money. Some of the 2003 models with 90K miles+ for under $8K look good. Any advise in what to look for would be greatly appreciated.

Check maintenance records if available also most mini dealers can pull records via the vin#
