Default new Mini owner here in the Dallas Fort Worth area

I'm a former Scion tC owner. I'm enjoying this car already. Trying not to get carried away and get a ticket. I removed the front license plate holder.

Any advice on where to start on some modifications? I was thinking about going John Cooper Works on it, but haven't checked pricing as of yet. Probably start slow with the short ram intake and front strut bar. Eventually work my way to suspension with coilovers and eventually brakes. I have heard that a pulley change and performance chip wake the Cooper S right up. Not that it seems like it needs much awakening.

I'm running the 16% one , as it's closest to the JCW pulley and requires no major modsto support it ... the 20% requires injectors/tuning ect to prevent leaning out

So you have to change the injectors and do some tuning with the JCW? I was thinking about going all JCW, but maybe that would not be worthwhile.
