Hi everyone,

I just wanted to say hello... I just purchased my first Mini Cooper yesterday and of course the first thing I did was find a forum so I could discuss my new passion with people who understand it.

I'm a Jersey born transplanted to New York-er, so I grew up driving (and loving it) but haven't had a car in years due to living in the city. I recently got a new job that requires a bit of a commute and after almost deciding to get a Honda Civic, I caved and gave in to my fun/adventurous side and got a Mini Cooper instead.

I fricking love it!!!! Doesn't hurt that my last name is Cooper too...

I have only had my car for one day and already at work today I kept offering to run errands so I could go out and drive it... I think I am addicted.



Anyway, just wanted to say hi. I look forward to meeting other Mini owners (both online and off).
