hey everyone (: i'm excited to say im getting my first mini in about 2 months. i'm hoping to learn more about modifications and performance specs. i was wondering if there is a big difference between the cooper and the cooper s. i'm still deciding whether or not to save that extra money for tuning. also any info that you can guys can give me about mini crews around the southern cali location would be appreciated. i used to have an ep3 honda and the crew was pretty legit. any advice or suggestions would be great! thanks

IMO there is a HUGE difference between the cooper and the S. You'll likely spend far more trying to upgrade a cooper then getting the S in the first place
