New to us 2016/2008
We picked up a clean 2016 JCW Package car for the wife. I had so much fun driving it.... she told me to get my own. So I picked up a 2008 JCW!
The 2016 will remain stock. The 2008 I will be looking for ideas to improve the suspension, and pep it up a bit. I don't know much about the mini's
But with a little help here I hope to pick up a few tips and tricks. Bummer part was after the first 40 miles in the 2008 the CEL came on.. Not sure what
thats about just yet. I will plug my scanner in soon. Seems to be running just fine.
The PO gave me a file on the 08, timing chain/flywheel/clutch were done at 32k by the dealer. Car has 90k on it now, its very clean and all service records since new by Mini.

Should be the n14 engine.thst means it can have stage 3 re mapping done to the ecu,can give a return of around 300bhp.major power increase, suspension can be worth looking at a bilsten upgrade, but ain't cheap and depends on the roads you may not get the full benefits for the investment.
