It is not that I can help with your inquiry, but the NavArch interests me. I, too, am a NavArch, only in the Puget Sound WA area. I am close to picking up my first Mini.

 

Naval architect, designing and building being parts of a 30+ year career in that area.

I ended up with a 2010 white over white Cooper S: cold weather pkg, premium pkg, bluetooth. The dealer in VA Beach was serious about making a deal, the two nearer to DC - not so much.
