questionnaire for dissertation

hello, i am student in my final year at university....
i have specific target group of mini owners....
i would just like to know if i would be able to upload a questionnaire for mini owners to answer...
would you guys be able to answer the questions in the questionnaire as it would be vital for my research for my dissertation please
