Hi Everyone!! I am new to Mini, I bought my first in February and I'm absolutely in love!! It is a 2017 Cooper S, 2 door, Hardtop with the factory installed guide rails on the roof. I need help from the experts to find the correct mounting system that will work on my buggie. I do not wish to put a cargo box on my roof. I would like to put the large cargo/waterproof bag on my roof. So I guess my questions are do I really need the bars that go rail to rail or is there some other type of system that would just clamp on my factory rail and basically provide me an I hook that I could then attach my soft cargo bag too? I am very open to any roof top hauling ideas, tips, accessories to buy. I've really had no luck finding many options on my own!! Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks soo much!!
