Default Run-flats or Not?

It's time for a tire change and I'm not sure if I want to purchase run-flats again. I'm told I may get better performance from a regular tire, and they're less expensive. No room for a spare tire so I can see where the run-flat can come in handy but what have others done?

I'm mainly a city driver and my office is less then 10 minutes from home. I take the occasional weekend road trip but not always on the open road. Looking for some new tire advice.
