Am new to this forum. Got a question due to a recent experience.
Has anybody had a bad experience dealing with George at Mini-Madness?
I purchased some performance parts a couple years ago and all was well.
Recently I called and ordered brake and wiper parts and had problems with both the order and more importantly with his response to the problem. Ended up costing me time and money. His position was and still is that even though he made a mistake with the order, his 'policy' dictates that I
can return the items but still have to pay for shipping both ways. At first he even wanted to charge a restocking fee even though I received unwanted parts that were marked up 300% over full retail. While that was ultimately waved (after numerous emails and complaints to my card co), I was still out approx $140 for shipping on an order that HE messed up. Whole thing has been a huge pain and difficult to understand.
Also, could someone recommend a better supplier for performance parts?
