Hi,

My 2015 Mini came with bonnet stripes from the factory. They had some water stains on them, so my dealer replaced them. They ordered new stripes from Mini which where the same color, but they have a texture in the vinyl that almost looks like the surface of a basketball. It's an inconsistent pattern, though, which makes it look worse. Has anyone else had this issue? it's in the vinyl, and has nothing to do with how it was applied.

 

Hello! Welcome to MINI Cooper Forums! Very strange. Maybe ask the dealer if this is normal and why these stripes texture differ from your current ones. Can you post a picture of what they look like?

 

I would take it back to them.
