Successful reimbursement for timing chain?
I just purchased my 2009 Mini S in December with 50k miles for $10,000. The timing chain needs to be replaced for a minimum of $2k. I've spent hours researching all the problems with this, the class action lawsuit, the owners being disregarded and disrespected by BMW/Mini. Has anyone successfully been reimbursed outside of the lawsuit? What did you do and who did you talk to?
