I'm trying to sell my 2005 MINI Cooper Convertible. The color is Cool Blue with ablue top and dark blue leather seats/contrasting orange trim. Very beautiful. An automatic with 34.5k miles, still under factory warranty until the end of Feb '09 or 50k miles. It's also fully loaded. Unlike most MINIs out there that have a few options and 1 or 2 option packages, my MINI has all 3 packages (Sport, Convenience and Premium). It cost me $30k with tax and license brand new. KBB prices it at $19.5k (Fair) to 22k+ (Excellent). I'm only asking for$18k!!

The reason the price is so low is because there are a few material defects in its exterior.A rock hit my windshield, and since there are auto-dimming rear view mirrors and auto-sensing windshield wipers, it's pretty pricey to replace (SF MINI's quote was $1000).There is also a small ding on the bumper and a key mark on the passenger side door.

Besides the aforementioned, the car still looks very nice, runs great, has always been garaged and regularly serviced, has a brand newbattery and 2 new tires. This is a great opportunity for somebody who is looking to own a great, quality MINI on the cheapand is not too concerned about itsslightly flawed material appearance.

Though I am willing to negotiate a little bit, please don't send me any low-balling offers thinking that $18k is the negotation starting point. I knowmy MINI's worth and have already discounted the flaws. If I wanted to, I could pay for the repairs myself and sell for $21k, which is much more than the cost of repairs,but I don't have the time, so my loss is your gain.
