2006 Mini Cooper S w/ Coilovers and Exhaust
For sale is my 2006 Mini Cooper S with rare optional chrono package and factory LSD. This car is a real go-kart for the road and is a blast to drive, especially since it is the last year of the lightweight R53 generation with the super responsive supercharged engine before Mini switched over to laggier turbos and a heavier car in 2007. The car comes loaded with a 6-speed manual transmission, leather interior, automatic climate control, as well as multiple upgrades including:
- Fortune Auto 500-Series Performance Coilovers
- Milltek sport exhaust
- Firestone Indy 500 Ultra High-Performance tires (July 2018)
- EBC Redstuff brake pads
- K&N air intake
- LED headlights and foglights
- Rockford Fosgate subwoofer
The car is owned by a mechanical engineer and car enthusiast, and has been meticulously maintained throughout its life with all service records still on hand. Also included is a CARFAX report certifying the car has a clean record with no accidents. Don’t let the mileage fool you, it still drives like new with the majority of wear items having been replaced in the last few years so you don't have to worry about any major items needing replacement anytime soon. Notable new parts include:
- Belts, belt tensioner and harmonic balancer (July 2019)
- Radiator + all new hoses (April 2019)
- Thermostat (December 2018)
- Coolant expansion tank (September 2018)
- Front wheel bearings (July 2018)
- Control arm bushings (August 2016)
- New clutch and flywheel (May 2015)
