2010 Cooper Base

2010 Cooper Base
Greetings MINIacs,
I have a 2010 MINI Cooper Base that I'm looking to get rid of and thought I'd offer it up to enthusiasts first.
I've been working far too much during this pandemic and maintenance issues have been piling up.
I ordered a new vehicle (not a MINI) back in December (needed more towing capability) and now am at the point where it just doesn't make sense for me to put money into this car.
2010 MINI Base
163.900 miles (mostly all highway)
Chili Pepper Red
6 spd manual
Rally/Driving lights (installed by MINI dealership, but one broke mid winter, black covers).
Hidden tow hitch (from MINIdoMore and installed professionally)
A/C stopped working
passenger side rear caliper stuck (needs new brakes)
Oil leak (discovered this past weekend post oil change when stuck caliper also discovered)
New antenna mount and antenna (replaced after a car wash broke it two months ago)
Valve cover and timing chain replaced five years ago after previous oil leak
Clutch replaced 3 years ago.
Only accident since I've had since owning this car (am 2nd owner) was a rear bumper crease from someone bumping into me at a red light (was repaired) then someone scuffed it in a parking lot (Grrr).
Oil changed every 4000 to 5000 miles with synthetic.
If I hadn't already ordered a new vehicle, I would fix the issues and keep the car till the doors fell off.
I'm not in the "I know what I got" mindset, more in the "I know what it will take to fix this" and would like it go to someone who will.
Make me an offer. Vehicle located in Mid-Michigan.
