Default lowering springs problem??

on my 05 mini cooper s there are lowering springs and a rear sway bar. now the front end alignment i s off real bad going to the left. ive taken to a shop and to a bmw dealer and they say it cant be corrected unless the stock springs are put back on. is this true? or can i keep the lowering springs and sway bar and straighten the alignment??

thanks
