I've beenhearing they are only good for around 22K miles, is there any truth to that?

If not how high can can you average?

Are they as durable as regular tires?

When they finally do wear out, how much more do they cost then regular tires?

I've got 25k on mine and about 1/2 tread left ...
I'm hoping for 40k
not bad compared to regular tires...
check tire rack ect to compare run flats to regular tires to get an idea ...you can go to regular tires but get a "mobility" kit as we have no spare ...

 

my wife has about 35xxx on hers and there about done.

 

What are her tires, please? Do you recommend them?
