I remember the unbridled joy I felt when I got behind the wheel of my 2011 R56 S. I had been waiting since 1964 to own a Mini. That joy was soon dampend by the harsh ride of run flats. Well, 2 days ago I got rid of those and put on a set of Yokohama Nvigr filled with nitrogen. The joy has returned. Have to relearn the handling charictaristics a bit but at least my wife and I don't have to yell at each other to be heard when at highway speed

 

Nice! Yeah, i'm going to run these run flats to the bone then get a set of nice new rubber. Going to sacrifice the sense of being able to go home or the shop over the feel of having really nice rubber on my Mini. Oh well.. Lol!
