Mini Cooper Cabrio 2005...

Roof only works in sunroof position and after that convertible top doesn't goes down.
No red light flash on button.
Micro sensor in trunk are checked and they are ok.

Also, rear side both widows doesn't work.....

Any suggestions?

Check the "cargo cover" in the rear. If the side supports aren't locked in, it won't retract the roof. Mine showed a red light on the button that opens the roof when it did this. If you need a photo, let me know.
