I have a 2007 S convertible automatic, supercharged. The original ECU, EWS, and one of the keys were stolen. (Short version: ECU was bad, sent to a place to get it fixed/replaced, they ghosted me for weeks and never sent the original or the replacement back. To be fair, it's possible USPS lost it, though that seems unlikely.)

Anyway, the original part for the ECU is 12147566240, which seems hard to find. There's a set on ebay (ECU, EWS, key, key sensor, and physical ignition lock) that they claim (after checking the VIN) will be compatible without reprogramming, but the ECU is part 12147562646. Physically they are identical, and supposedly it meets the above specs, but after my experience with this repair shop I can't take any more hassles. So I would be really thankful if someone could help verify that this kit should work and get me back on the road. Is there anything else I need to look out for?

There are so many ECU models out there, many more than seems necessary for the different models, so I'm hoping the model number doesn't always have to be an exact match. In case it helps, the last bit of the VIN is TL94012.
