My bosses sister has a 2011 S with a automatic transmission with paddle shifters. She loves the car but on cold mornings it will not shift out of park.

She has taken it to the dealer several times. They tell her it is fixed but the next time it gets into the low forty's it happens again.

Her warranty is will soon expire and with the dealership not providing a fix I am trying to find out if it is a common problem.

Any advice, or experience with this specific problem would be greatly appricated.
