Default About to do the valve stem seals

On my wife's r56 Cooper 1.6

Keeping the head on. Do I need to replace the cam sprocket bolts?

Should I do the chain while I'm there? No chain noise but its 127K

Badly coked and running on. Anything else I should know about this job?
