With the stubby antenna, has anybody considered cutting a small hole in the factory car cover so one could leave the stubby attached?

Any unforseen issues? Also, is the stubby safe to leave attached in a commercial car wash?

 

In a non-touch car wash yes, but a touch car wash I would still keep an eye on it. Our cover king car covers HERE are nice and account for the antenna.

 

When considering a car cover be aware that in some weather conditions (wind) having a car cover on your car has the same affect on your paint as my wiping down your dry car with a dry towel.
